VISA GIFT CARD PROMOTION — OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor. This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Stateline Windows and Doors, LLC, 1240 Shappert Drive, Machesney Park, IL 61115; phone 779-210-3123 (the "Company").

Promotion Period. The Promotion is valid only for new residential customers who sign a written contract with the Company on or after July 1, 2026, and on or before September 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Contracts signed before or after the Promotion Period do not qualify. Retroactive application of the Promotion to prior customers or prior contracts is expressly excluded. 

Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to new residential customers of the Company. A "new residential customer" means an individual that has not previously entered into a signed contract for goods or services with the Company and the individual is entering into a new contract to service a residential property. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is limited to customers age 18 or older whose project site is located in Illinois or Wisconsin.

Minimum Purchase and Gift Card Tiers. To qualify, the eligible customer must sign a single contract with the Company during the Promotion Period for a total contract price (excluding taxes, permits, and any change-order amounts added after execution) of at least $5,000.00. The Visa gift card amount is determined by the total contract price as follows:

Contract price of $5,000.00 to $9,999.99: $250 Visa gift card.

Contract price of $10,000.00 to $14,999.99: $500 Visa gift card.

Contract price of $15,000.00 or more: $750 Visa gift card.

Single-Transaction Requirement. The minimum purchase amount must be reached in a single signed contract. Multiple contracts, projects, or invoices may not be aggregated or combined to reach a qualifying tier. Change orders, add-ons, or upgrades executed after the original contract date will not be used to increase the qualifying tier or upgrade an already-issued gift card. 

One Gift Card Per Customer and Per Property. Limit one (1) Visa gift card per customer, per household, and per project property address, regardless of the number of contracts signed during the Promotion Period.

No Combination With Other Offers. The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, rebate, referral credit, or special pricing offered by the Company. Election of the Promotion constitutes a waiver of any other discount or promotional offer for the qualifying contract. 

When the Gift Card Is Issued. The Visa gift card will be issued and delivered to the qualifying customer within seven (7) days after Company’s receipt of full payment. The Company will not issue a gift card at contract signing or upon down payment.

Gift Card Terms. The Visa gift card is issued by a third-party card issuer and is subject to the terms, conditions, fees, and expiration date imposed by that issuer. The Company is not the card issuer and is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or unused gift cards, or for any fees assessed by the issuer. The gift card has no cash value from the Company, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable. 

Availability; Limitation on Gift Cards. The Promotion is limited to the first fifty (50) qualifying customers, or while supplies last. The Company reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal value if the originally advertised Visa gift card becomes unavailable.
